Outcomes

• Push for 3.8.5 release continues.
• Discussion underway to push a short-term roadmap, based on community feedback.
• Confirming process for new board member admission and arranging interviews with nonimations.
• Thomas has officially resigned from the board.
• Tom to take over as Treasurer from Dom
• Dom to take over as Chairman from Harry.

Bounty Status

• MonoGame NativeAOT backend implementation - Most platforms migrated, only PlayStation 4 & 5 remaining.
• 3D Onboarding tutorial - Draft complete and in review, plan to release periodically on the Sponsors site.
• MonoGame Mobile Deployment Tutorial - Review in progress, sample being reworked.
• MonoGame networking bounty for 2D - Stalled, may need review and reissue.

• NativeAOT for Mobile, iOS/Android - In design
• ARM Deployment and validation - In design
• FFmpeg and FFprobe update for Windows arm64 - In Design
• 3D Shader tutorial to extend the 3D Sample - Under review
