Elisée Maurer is leading development on NuclearWinter, a set of libraries to develop games and applications using XNA and MonoGame.

NuclearWinter powers both CraftStudio, a 3d real-time cooperative game-making platform and the 2D multiplayer arcade game QuadSmash.
